Empower Consultancy respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, where it is held, and how you can have it removed.
Who we are. This website is operated by Empower Consultancy LLC, a limited liability company based in Florida, United States, with its office at 6000 Metrowest Blvd, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32835. References to "Empower Consultancy", "we" and "us" mean that entity.
What this website does not do. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tracking, loads no third-party scripts, and creates no user accounts. It is a static site; the pages you read collect nothing.
What we collect, and why. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to submit through our contact and review-request forms: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number (optional), website, country, the service or goal you describe, and any additional detail you type. We use it for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry, and to assess whether it fits what we do. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.
Where it is held, and who can see it. Submissions are stored in a database on infrastructure we operate on a server located in France (Paris), European Union, operated for Empower Consultancy. Access is limited to the principal and the engineering partner operating the infrastructure. If we ever enable request notifications, they deliberately exclude the free-text answers you type; a summary only.
How long we keep it. Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. A deleted record may persist in backups taken before the deletion request for up to 30 days, after which it ages out. Records that lead to an engagement are kept for the duration of that engagement plus 24 months.
Your choices. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@razanmohamed.com and we will action it within 10 business days. Deleting your enquiry record does not erase it from backups taken before your request; those age out on the schedule above.
Children. This website is directed at organizations and their decision-makers; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with its effective date.
